In the ealy 20th century,"going to Kenya" is one of the popular topic among the European and <nofollow>American upper</nofollow> classes. Every year a large number of ladies and gentlemen bumps into the East African mainland <noindex>by boat</noindex> then train.Whether it was resulted from the really risky nature, anyway it is a good trip <noindex><nofollow>worthy of showing</nofollow></noindex> off.

Many of course elevation are 1500 meters or more then the <nofollow>hitting distance will</nofollow> be over 10% than usual.

There are 38 golf courses throughout Kenya,of which 12 are 18-hole golf <noindex>course has</noindex> 10 championship golf course, the location of these courses vary, some on the plateau, some close <noindex>to the beautiful</noindex> lake, and some located in the lush forest inside, there is located in a tropical beach, <noindex><nofollow>so in Kenya,</nofollow></noindex> you can find your favorite type of course to test your Honma Beres MG803 Iron Set <nofollow>.

It is a course <nofollow>surrounded by jungle</nofollow> and coffee trees, with a large number of wild animals and birds in such a harmonious coexistence <noindex><nofollow>between man and</nofollow></noindex> the natural environment of flora and fauna flourish in multiply.Early morning and late afternoon are the <noindex><nofollow>most beautiful time</nofollow></noindex> here.

With an increasing market of high-end retailers selling golf equipment, one could possibly miss a "real" golf <noindex><nofollow>store.

Typically, golf stores</nofollow></noindex> have the latest, if not the best, golf equipment and accessories needed by somebody who plays <noindex><nofollow>golf. Things</nofollow></noindex> could range from golf clubs to golf balls, to even posters, shirts, and wallpaper.

Most golf stores <noindex>focus on</noindex> ensuring the proper equipment for the interested golfer. They will provide hints on how to choose <nofollow>the right club</nofollow> and the appropriate golf ball. Golf stores do not only supply things relative to golf but <noindex>some also</noindex> offer services and knowledge about the sport itself.

Additional services could include club repair, club fitting, and <noindex>swing analysis. Most</noindex> of these golf stores use the True Temper Shaftlab and Achiever Launch Monitor swing analysis. These <noindex>machines measure everything,</noindex> from ball speed, club head speed to carry distance. They also provide printouts illustrating extreme deflection, <noindex>shaft loading, downswing</noindex> time and face angle.

Also, there are other golf stores that offer golf classes being thought by <nofollow>local pros.
Golf</nofollow> tutorials can also be offered for juniors along with women's clinics on the sport.

Golf collectors will <noindex><nofollow>find many</nofollow></noindex> interesting items in a golf store as well. Hobbyist may find collector items like golf balls <noindex>used by some</noindex> of the world's most renowned players. Signed items may be available too.

Plus, there are golf stores <nofollow>that offer</nofollow> unusual golf gifts. These things range from the most common to the most creative golf gifts <noindex><nofollow>one could</nofollow></noindex> get for just about any occasion.

Most golf storeowners are actually golfers themselves. Usually, they put up <noindex>a golf</noindex> store after retiring from playing golf. Like most businessmen assert, it's good to be passionate about <nofollow>what you are</nofollow> selling. This "passion" will give feelings of satisfaction and gratification to the golf shopper and this <nofollow>is something</nofollow> money cannot buy.

Now that you "have taken up" the social sport of golf you may well have a couple <nofollow>of questions. Golf</nofollow> and golf is a most terrific social sport. You get to while away hours, conferring with <noindex>the golf</noindex> greens as well as your friends on the golf course. It's a wonderful, relaxing pastime. As <noindex><nofollow>well many</nofollow></noindex> of business's "big deals" and business contacts can well be made golfing and on the golf <noindex>course as well</noindex> in the golf course clubhouse.

Now that you have decided to enroll in the pastime of <noindex><nofollow>golf what indeed</nofollow></noindex> are the basics of golf?

To begin with w standard set of golf and golfing clubs includes three "woods" golf clubs. These three woods or "drivers" comprise the "driver", "three-wood" and "five-wood". Next in line, in the description of standard golf clubs are the "irons". The groups of the "irons" group of golf clubs generally are composed of the three-iron, five-iron, six-iron, seven-iron, eight-iron, nine-iron, pitching wedge and finally the all famous golf club, with which to make your final shot into the golf cup on the golf green.

According the strict rules of golf you cannot carry more than <noindex>fourteen clubs in</noindex> your personal golf bag. This is a very strict and enforced rule of the game and <noindex><nofollow>sport of golf.</nofollow></noindex> You cannot carry more than the maximum allotted number of fourteen golf clubs in your golf <noindex>bag -</noindex> even if you never ever use those extra clubs. It can be said that often more <noindex><nofollow>experienced and advanced</nofollow></noindex> golf players mix and match here and there with extra , non of the mill , <noindex>non standard</noindex> golf clubs , for example a one-iron or a seven wood. However in these cases the <noindex>sum total</noindex> maximum of the golf clubs in their bag adds up to 14 golf clubs. As a <noindex><nofollow>newcomer or beginner</nofollow></noindex> golf player it is always best to start your golf career with the standard , simple <noindex><nofollow>array of golf</nofollow></noindex> clubs that are used by most golfers. Why make life, and your golf career, complex for <noindex>yourself, unnecessarily.

The</noindex> woods have the longest shafts of any golf club in your bag. The golf wood clubs <noindex>are designed to</noindex> simply hit the golf ball either from a small wooden peg, called the tee, which elevates <noindex><nofollow>the ball slightly.</nofollow></noindex> You can only use a "tee" in the tee-box at the start of a golf hole. <nofollow>Next you can</nofollow> hit the golf on a flat surface of the golf course, like the fairway. The "wood" <noindex><nofollow>golf clubs</nofollow></noindex> are made and designed to hit the ball a long, long way. Accuracy of the hit <nofollow>of the golf</nofollow> ball is less of an issue here. Woods obtained their name as they used to be <noindex><nofollow>made of persimmon</nofollow></noindex> wood itself. While some of these clubs are still made the old way, out of actual <noindex><nofollow>persimmon wood,</nofollow></noindex> most now are made out of metal - generally steel or better yet titanium. Some golfing <nofollow>fanatics will tell</nofollow> you that the permission based woods gives these golfers "more control" on the golf course. Again <noindex><nofollow>as a beginner</nofollow></noindex> golfer why complicate your life unnecessarily. Start with standard metal woods. In addition maintenance and care <nofollow>of these</nofollow> clubs is easier.

Like woods the irons are mismatched. These groups of golf clubs are not <nofollow>made out of</nofollow> iron but mostly of steel, titanium and with higher end iron utilizing high tech graphite materials <nofollow>in their structures</nofollow> as well. Irons with the smallest numbers, like the three-iron or the four-iron, have the longest <nofollow>shafts and</nofollow> are designed to hit the golf ball lower and further, and like the woods, with less <noindex><nofollow>accuracy. Shafts</nofollow></noindex> get shorter as the numbers printed on the sole get bigger and larger, until you get <noindex>to the</noindex> "Sand Wedge". The sand wedge is the shortest club in the golf bag. The standard sand <noindex><nofollow>wedge has</nofollow></noindex> a 34 inch shaft, which is eight inches shorter than a standard driver shaft. The shortest <noindex>clubs, like the</noindex> nine irons, pitching wedge, and sand wedge are designed for accuracy, not distance. An optimum shot <nofollow>with a pitching</nofollow> wedge flies high in the air and lands softly, without much roll. That way you can <noindex>aim right</noindex> at the hole. Indeed golf professionals often call their wedges "money clubs" since these pro golfers <noindex><nofollow>cannot win</nofollow></noindex> the high end golf tournaments unless they can hit the ball so close to the hole <noindex><nofollow>that they</nofollow></noindex> are in with only a very few putts.

Lastly you will find that because these shafts <noindex>are so</noindex> much shorter and are designed to get your golf ball into the air, you will find <noindex><nofollow>that you will</nofollow></noindex> generally have your most success as a new and budding golf aficionado with your nine-iron and <noindex>pitching wedge.</noindex> These are very good clubs to practice when you are first starting out. You will soon <noindex><nofollow>discover what</nofollow></noindex> a great golf shot is supposed to feel and look like. Keep practicing with these two <nofollow>clubs because</nofollow> when you finally make it onto the golf course, these will be the clubs that will <noindex><nofollow>save you</nofollow></noindex>

#1) Adjust your setup - Make sure you play the golf ball all the way forward in <noindex><nofollow>your stance</nofollow></noindex> so that it is directly in line with your left heel. Your stance should be slightly <noindex>wider than shoulder</noindex> width apart. You want to have a nice solid base which you can turn and coil <noindex><nofollow>around. Also,</nofollow></noindex> for the right handed golfer, you want to tilt your spine slightly to the right as <nofollow>this will allow</nofollow> you to swing and hit the golf ball on a slight upswing, launching it high into <noindex>the air. </noindex> This adjustment in your setup will also lead to more distance off the tee.

#2) Keep <noindex><nofollow>Your Lower</nofollow></noindex> Body Stable - When you are swinging, the job of the lower body is to act <noindex>as a</noindex> base around which your turn and coil your upper body. This allows you to wind up <nofollow>correctly and</nofollow> will create more power as you swing through the golf ball and release the golf club.

#3) Keep Your Shoulders Square At Impact - It is a very common swing fault to open your upper body too early in the downswing without giving your arms time to catch up. Everything needs to come together at impact, so making sure your shoulders stay square through the impact zone will allow you to be more in-sync and hit more solid and consistent golf shots. Having the shoulders open is even more common with the driver as it is a longer club so you need to allow yourself to be more aware of the timing of your arms and body working together. It's a slightly longer swing, so you have to stay down and through your shot at impact just a split second longer than when hitting an iron.

<noindex>#4) Make</noindex> Sure The Hands Lead Ahead Slightly At Impact - You want to build up some lag <nofollow>or leverage in</nofollow> your golf swing because this will allow you to hit it farther and strike the golf <noindex>ball more</noindex> consistently. Make sure that you create some wrist angle or wrist set in your backswing and <noindex><nofollow>then maintain</nofollow></noindex> that angle in your wrists for as long as possible in the downswing. This will allow <nofollow>you to</nofollow> come into impact with your hands slightly ahead of the golf ball producing a much more <noindex>solid golf</noindex> shot. It is a common fault to release the golf club too early in the downswing <nofollow>where the clubhead</nofollow> gets to the golf ball before the hands do. Make sure to focus on creating a <noindex>good angle with</noindex> your wrists and hold that angle until the last second right as you are hitting the <nofollow>golf ball.

</nofollow> #5) Eliminate Excess Body Motion For More Consistency- It's common with the driver to want to <nofollow>swing extra</nofollow> hard in order to try and hit the ball farther. One problem with swinging too hard <nofollow>is your body</nofollow> will probably move too much. Your head should stay relatively still during your golf swing even <noindex>with your</noindex> driver. You do not want too much lateral movement. If you shift your weight too much <noindex><nofollow>to the right</nofollow></noindex> on the backswing, you may be getting your weight outside your right foot. Make sure when <noindex><nofollow>you turn in</nofollow></noindex> the backswing, you turn so that your weight shifts to the inside of the right foot. <noindex><nofollow>On the</nofollow></noindex> downswing and follow through, make sure to stay balanced and behind the ball slightly, instead of <nofollow>feeling like you</nofollow> are moving forward too far.

Get close to the nature

Each sport are able to make us more healthy, but few sports like <noindex>golf that can</noindex> provide people with opportunities for intimate contact with nature. Many people love golf ( Titleist AP2 Iron <noindex>Set )</noindex> are precisely because of such a good feeling on the pitch outside. If you love life, why not <noindex>go to the</noindex> golf course that far from downtown with your child and elders in a sunny day?At the <noindex>same time</noindex> of stretching your body and breathing fresh air,you can wander in the embrace of nature freely.

Culture <nofollow>gentleman-like elegance

Golf (</nofollow> Titleist 909 D3 Driver ) is often called the "gentleman's movement",because it has a higher ritual <noindex>requirements. For example, in</noindex> the match, we should well-dressed and pay attention to politeness, keep absolute quiet when others are putting <noindex><nofollow>or kicking</nofollow></noindex> off.

The criteria has been settle down for centuries, making people naturally cultivate correct the manners in <noindex>the process of</noindex> golf. it is naturally to train upright manners, gentle manners and modesty conversation and demonstrate gentleman-like <noindex>elegance both</noindex> inside and outside the court.

Shape the quality of honesty and self-discipline

Golf's biggest feature is it happens <nofollow>in the</nofollow> absence of referee's supervision. Each participant are their own judge of the court. An exciting golf ( Titleist <noindex><nofollow>AP2 Iron Set</nofollow></noindex> )tournament, not only need each player to do our best to perform, but rely on each player <noindex><nofollow>pay attention to</nofollow></noindex> good faith, consciously abide by the rules to achieve fair competition,For golfers, the integrity, self-discipline and <noindex><nofollow>fairness is</nofollow></noindex> important. The people involved in golf ( Titleist AP2 Iron Set )will develo integrity, self-discipline and fair <noindex><nofollow>quality consciously.

Exercise independent</nofollow></noindex> thinking and the ability to judge

Golf ( Titleist AP2 Iron Set )requires participants to rely on <nofollow>its own and</nofollow> reflect and make judgments independently according to the various situations including lawn of the green in <noindex>golf courses</noindex> and the next shot way. This is a sports that much exercise independent thinking and judgement. One player <noindex><nofollow>i know</nofollow></noindex> once told me :" golf ( Titleist AP2 Iron Set ) playing need to focus full <nofollow>attention. In addition</nofollow> to precise skills on the pitch, but also rely on careful thought to make the right <noindex><nofollow>decisions and</nofollow></noindex> keep a cool head to face challenges.

To improve the ability to regulate emotions

On the golf course, <nofollow>the leader does</nofollow> not mean the final victory and temporary far behine does not mean that the overall failure <noindex>of the</noindex> backward. Before the end of the game, no matter what situation arises, golfers must learn to adjust <nofollow>their emotions to</nofollow> grasp the key to win.

Golf fitness stretching exercises can improve your golf game. These types of golf fitness exercises will help <noindex>you in every</noindex> phase of the golf swing. The golf swing requires you to draw the club through a <noindex><nofollow>long range of</nofollow></noindex> motion. This allows the golfer to execute a full shoulder turn, perform each phase of the <noindex>swing correctly,</noindex> generate clubhead speed, and accurately hit shots on the course. All to often the amateur golfer <nofollow>lacks the flexibility</nofollow> to execute the golf swing correctly. Causing an inability to make a full shoulder turn or <noindex><nofollow>efficiently execute</nofollow></noindex> the phases of the swing. Resulting in lower clubhead speeds, inaccurate golf shots, and higher scores <noindex>rather than</noindex> lower.

The amateur golfer can improve their ability to execute the golf swing, complete a full shoulder <noindex>turn, generate</noindex> more clubhead speed, and hit more accurate shots with improved flexibility. The process an amateur golfer <noindex>can improve</noindex> their flexibility is through golf fitness stretches.

Before providing information on what are the best stretches for <nofollow>golfer let us</nofollow> define flexibility. Flexibility refers to range of motion. It is defined as the optimal extensibility of <nofollow>all soft tissues</nofollow> in the body (Michael Clark, Director, National Academy of Sports Medicine). The biomechanics of the swing <nofollow>require the</nofollow> golfer to swing the club on the correct plane. In order for the biomechanics of the <noindex>swing to</noindex> be executed correctly every muscle, ligament, and tendon in the body must allow for optimal joint <nofollow>range of motion.

Increased</nofollow> flexibility is the benefit of stretching. These benefits occur through the elongation (i.e. stretching) of soft <noindex><nofollow>tissues (muscles,</nofollow></noindex> tendons, ligaments). Typically certain muscles in your body are in a shortened position (i.e. “tight”), causing <noindex><nofollow>restrictions in the</nofollow></noindex> golf swing. Golf stretches (i.e. elongating) these muscles alleviates these muscles alleviates these restrictions allowing for <noindex>the ranges of</noindex> motion required of the golf swing to develop.

Because the golf swing requires a large range of <noindex><nofollow>motion from multiple</nofollow></noindex> joints (ankle, hip, thorasic spine, and shoulder), I suggest performing a series of flexibility exercises for <noindex>the entire</noindex> body. Many golfers will find “tightness” in the hamstrings, hips, lower, and upper back causing restrictions <nofollow>in their joint</nofollow> range of motions as well as golf swing. This may require additional golf stretches to assist <noindex>in the restrictions</noindex> caused by these muscles.

Guidelines to golf fitness stretches are quite simple. A comprehensive series golf exercises <noindex><nofollow>that incorporate stretches</nofollow></noindex> for golf swing should be completed a minimum of four times per week. If an individual <noindex>desires these golf</noindex> exercises can be performed daily. In addition to performing golf fitness stretches multiple times per week, <nofollow>each golf</nofollow> stretching exercise should take each target muscle passively to the point of “tension” and holding the <noindex><nofollow>stretch for 30</nofollow></noindex> seconds. Do not attempt to “bounce” or “push” the stretch for this can result in injury. <nofollow>Pay strict</nofollow> attention to technique with each of your golf stretches. It also recommended to perform a golf <nofollow>fitness warm-up</nofollow> program prior to your golf stretches to get more out of each golf exercise. The following <nofollow>are the</nofollow> golf stretches I often recommend to the amateur player; Rotators, 90/90 Hamstrings, Cats Down, Cats Up, <nofollow>Piriformis, Kneeling Hip</nofollow> Flexor, Openers, Standing Calf, and Standing Quadricep.

Remember what is required from the body in regards to <noindex><nofollow>the golf</nofollow></noindex> swing. One of these requirements is drawing the club through a long range of motion. Golf <noindex><nofollow>fitness stretches and</nofollow></noindex> golf exercises can help with this part of the swing.
Every golf player wants to learn how to better their <noindex>golf game,</noindex> and dependant on how much money a golf player is wishing to invest there are a <noindex>a lot of</noindex> assorted choices to select from. From individual teaching, to video recordings, books and software system programs <noindex><nofollow>that instruct</nofollow></noindex> golf players the basics of the perfect stroke and help them produce a stronger stroke. Golf <noindex><nofollow>players who</nofollow></noindex> like the DIY approach could do well from cheap internet programs configured to aid golf players <nofollow>and acquire the</nofollow> hints and tips of improving their golf game.

Cheap Online Aids

Make sure to simply follow advice from golf <nofollow>teachers and other</nofollow> masters because a quantity of video recordings are produced by amateurs can as well be obtained <noindex><nofollow>on the internet</nofollow></noindex> and applying their advice can make a bad stroke poorer. Cheap books and software packages online <nofollow>can as</nofollow> well help you better interpret the mechanics behind the stroke.

You are able to decide to <noindex>purchase common items</noindex> for decent costs in the store but for gear that is pricier look at purchasing used <noindex>to see</noindex> if the cost is actually worth it. Purchasing used stroke analysis instruments, clubs with particular grips <noindex><nofollow>and weighted clubs</nofollow></noindex> could preserve you heaps of cash. These items are frequently sold in perfect condition, commonly by <noindex>other casual golf</noindex> players who spent a bit much cash too soon! You could as well decide to borrow <nofollow>gear from</nofollow> friends who no longer take an interest in the game or do not mind sharing.

No <nofollow>one can better</nofollow> their golf game by just picking up the golf club and swinging. Watch over the golf <noindex><nofollow>channel, keep an</nofollow></noindex> eye on masters during matches.

Travel to Play Golf America

Play Golf America a part of <noindex><nofollow>the PGA, provides</nofollow></noindex> a ton of cheap golf game associated activities throughout the year to get new players involved <noindex><nofollow>and aid</nofollow></noindex> long term golf players from getting burned out. With customized fitted gear golf players have a <noindex><nofollow>better grip on</nofollow></noindex> their golf club and increase their execution when swinging.

We all know that Golf is a game that's difficulties can induce high levels of frustrations. So <nofollow>the one</nofollow> piece of advice we have is to make sure you have the right equipment. Don't make <noindex>it more difficult</noindex> for yourself by using clubs that just don't feel right.
Every golfer's body and swing are <noindex>unique to that</noindex> individual and that's what custom fitting is all about. Custom fitting golf clubs involves a quick <nofollow>self assessment</nofollow> of your game and several easy measurements. To custom fit your golf clubs, the following information <noindex>is needed:

</noindex> • Your gender (male or female)
• Your height in your stockings or socks
• The distance from your wrist (where it bends) to <nofollow>the floor</nofollow> (without shoes)
• What club you use at the 135 meter marker
• Handicap, age, swing <nofollow>speed

Firstly,</nofollow> your gender is used to put you into the correct fitting scale. Then, your height and <noindex>the distance in</noindex> inches from your wrist to the floor are used together to determine the length of golf <nofollow>club that is</nofollow> appropriate for you. (About 80% of golfers are Standard length.)
Your age, handicap, estimated golf swing <noindex><nofollow>speed and club</nofollow></noindex> you use at the 135 meter marker are all combined to determine the shaft flex that <noindex><nofollow>is appropriate</nofollow></noindex> for you.

Club Length & Flex
With regards to the length of your club there's one <noindex><nofollow>main point you</nofollow></noindex> should consider: a longer golf club will hit further given the same swing speed - so <nofollow>length can</nofollow> be a good thing. But, as I'm sure you're thinking, it can't be that simple. And <noindex><nofollow>you're right! Since</nofollow></noindex> the swing arc is longer, it often is also harder to keep under control - so <noindex>length can</noindex> be a bad thing. All things being equal, most golfers will opt for longer length to <nofollow>the sacrifice of</nofollow> greater control. But there's still a decision to be made!

The standard length of a steel <noindex><nofollow>shafted Driver</nofollow></noindex> for a man is 44 inches. Graphite shafted drivers are manufactured 1 inch longer than steel <noindex><nofollow>shafted clubs</nofollow></noindex> because graphite shafts weigh less than steel shafts allowing us to produce a longer club with <nofollow>the same swing</nofollow> . The proper length of a golf club is a function of your height and the <nofollow>length of your</nofollow> arms. Some golf shop provide a Custom Fitting Wizard that determines the correct length for you <nofollow>with just a</nofollow> few simple measurements.

Flex is the torsional stiffness of the golf club, which is provided by <noindex>the type of</noindex> golf club shaft that is used. Generally, stiffer shafts are better for stronger hitting golfers.

The <nofollow>proper flex</nofollow> of a golf club is a function of your strength and golfing skills. Determining the correct <nofollow>flex is most</nofollow> important for your Woods and longer Irons. Short irons, wedges and putters are not impacted very <noindex>much by the</noindex> different flexes as the differences between flexes becomes very small in the shorter clubs.

Loft & <noindex>Lie Adjustments
</noindex> A lie adjustment requires bending the hardened metal in which an iron is cast. We strongly <noindex>advise getting your</noindex> lie fitting done in person. Online fittings while accurate do not take into account your natural <noindex>ball address.</noindex> Some players are more naturally upright and some like to lean into the ball. Once you <noindex><nofollow>have lie adjusted</nofollow></noindex> a club it is usually not a good idea to re-adjust if you later find it <noindex><nofollow>was the wrong</nofollow></noindex> adjustment.

From years of building experience we find it rare to need more than a 2 <noindex><nofollow>degree adjustment</nofollow></noindex> upright or flat, therefore we only perform lie adjustments to either extreme.

Woods, hybrid clubs and <nofollow>putters can not</nofollow> be adjusted. The reason these clubs can not be adjusted is because the hosel of each <nofollow>is cast in</nofollow> a way where physically bending the head at all will cause damage. In woods and hybrids <noindex>it will</noindex> crack or bend the crown of the club, and putter hosels are not made with the <noindex><nofollow>strength required</nofollow></noindex> for adjustment after the casting process.

Loft adjustments require a different type of bend than a <nofollow>lie adjustment. Some</nofollow> people receive advice in which they require a certain loft adjustment. We have never understood loft <noindex>adjustments since it</noindex> merely changes the loft of the club. We recommend buying golf clubs matching the loft you <noindex>seek and avoid</noindex> custom loft adjustments. Bending the loft of an iron weakens the hardened metal and can lead <noindex><nofollow>to future metal</nofollow></noindex> fatigue, since the actual bend twists the metal to an extent. If the loft of your <noindex><nofollow>5 iron is</nofollow></noindex> too strong, use a 6 iron. If it is too weak, use a 4 iron.

The woman golfer has a myriad of questions on how to develop the correct golf swing as <noindex>does most any</noindex> amateur. The questions from woman golfers center on a myriad of topics such as; how to <noindex>hit the</noindex> golf ball farther, how to develop a more repeatable golf swing, how do I hit half <nofollow>shots with</nofollow> my wedges, what are good putting drills? The list can go on and on in relation <noindex><nofollow>to the woman</nofollow></noindex> golfer and how to improve their golf swing. An area that is now presenting more and <nofollow>more questions from</nofollow> the woman golfer centers upon golf fitness. Questions such as; what are good golf flexibility exercises, <noindex>and how</noindex> can golf fitness exercises help me drive the golf farther? These and many more questions are <noindex>arising in relation</noindex> to golf fitness and the woman golfer.

It is well known on the LPGA tour the <noindex>number of players</noindex> utilizing golf fitness programs to improve their golf game. Annika Sorrenstam has publicly stated the benefits <noindex><nofollow>she has</nofollow></noindex> received in her golf game from golf fitness training. One area that always appears to be <noindex>a concern</noindex> for the woman golfer is distance. How to hit the golf ball farther and Sorrenstam does <noindex><nofollow>hit the ball</nofollow></noindex> a long way, and utilizes golf fitness training. A simple connection can be drawn between increased <nofollow>driving distance,</nofollow> women golfers, and golf fitness exercises. The bottom line is this; golf fitness exercises can benefit <noindex><nofollow>the distance of</nofollow></noindex> drives for the woman golfer.

The questions that need to be answered are how and why. First off an understanding of increased distance, the golf swing, and the woman golfer needs to be addressed. Driving distance is contingent upon clubhead speed. The faster the clubhead is traveling at impact with the golf ball. The golf ball will travel farther, an easily understood concept.

Clubhead speed in the golf swing is contingent upon two components. <noindex><nofollow>Component number</nofollow></noindex> one is golf swing mechanics. The biomechanics of the golf swing in and of themselves create <nofollow>clubhead speed. It</nofollow> centers upon physics and the coiling/uncoiling of the body during the golf swing. In relation to <noindex><nofollow>improving clubhead</nofollow></noindex> speed and golf swing mechanics. The more efficient the woman golfer performs the mechanics of the <nofollow>golf swing. A</nofollow> greater amount of energy can be developed and transferred into the golf ball as a result. <nofollow>First and foremost</nofollow> for the woman golfer; the development of efficient golf swing mechanics can improve driving distance.

The <nofollow>second component</nofollow> of increasing clubhead speed is the body. Remember, the body is the implement swinging the golf <noindex>club. It is</noindex> the woman's body executing the biomechanics of the golf swing. In addition it is also the <nofollow>body generating power</nofollow> for the golf swing. Power is the ability of the body to generate the greatest amount <nofollow>of force in</nofollow> a short amount of time. Increase the ability of the body to generate more power within <noindex><nofollow>the biomechanics</nofollow></noindex> of the golf swing. An increase in clubhead speed can occur. How does the woman golfer <noindex>increase power outputs</noindex> of their body? This is where the implementation of golf fitness exercises can be a benefit. <noindex>Golf fitness exercises</noindex> can increase the power outputs of the body. Power golf fitness exercises increase the ability of <noindex><nofollow>your muscles to</nofollow></noindex> develop more force within the golf swing.

How do golf fitness exercise achieve this outcome? Golf <noindex>fitness exercises</noindex> develop the body around the golf swing: Very different than ordinary fitness training or aerobic classes. <nofollow>Golf fitness exercises</nofollow> develop the required flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power within the body for the golf swing. <noindex>This allows the</noindex> body to execute the biomechanics of the golf swing correctly. In addition, golf fitness exercises can <noindex><nofollow>improve the</nofollow></noindex> swing in areas such as clubhead speed.

This is accomplished with golf fitness exercises training the <nofollow>body in the</nofollow> positions, movements, and physical requirements of the golf swing. This allows for the proper levels of <noindex>flexibility, balance,</noindex> endurance, strength, and power to be developed within the body. Improving the capacities of flexibility, balance, <noindex><nofollow>strength, endurance, and</nofollow></noindex> power can improve the ability of the body to perform the golf swing and increase distance.

<noindex>To summarize,</noindex> the questions surrounding women and developing the correct golf swing are many. How to improve the <noindex><nofollow>golf swing</nofollow></noindex> through golf fitness exercises is one of these questions, and one specific area within this topic <nofollow>is distance. Increasing</nofollow> distance is contingent upon increasing clubhead speed. Improving clubhead speed centers upon golf swing mechanics and <noindex>the body. Improving</noindex> the efficiency of the golf swing mechanics will allow a greater transfer of energy into the <noindex>golf club, thus</noindex> improving clubhead speed. The second component of distance lies within the body and its ability to <nofollow>generate power.</nofollow> Increasing the power outputs of the body will enhance clubhead speed. Power outputs of the body <noindex>can be improved</noindex> through golf fitness exercises.
